Basic Guideline to use Crest Whitestrips

Here is the basic guideline for you –
The process consists of three basic steps –
- Peeling
- Applying
- Revealing
First take the strip pouch and remove the foil. You will find the strip stuck at the foil base. Peel it off from there. Try to avoid brushing the teeth before using the strips. As you get the crest whitestrip in your hand, gently apply the strip to the teeth by placing the sticky gel plain upon the teeth.
Slowly adjust the strip with the teeth pattern by following the gum line. The remaining half of the strip should be folded in such a way that it covers the backside of the teeth. Retain the strip as long as specified and then softly remove it. If you find gel stuck on your teeth, then wash it away.
